Your company has signed up for Curbside SOS and added you as a driver so you can receive Jobs right to your phone. Below is how you get set up so you can start picking up jobs ASAP.
*To get started, you will need to have internet access on your phone and your driver’s license available.
Step 1: You should have received a text message asking you to download the Curbside SOS app. Click on the link in the text message.
Step 2: You’ll be directed to the App store to download the Curbside SOS app. Download the App.
Step 3: Once you’ve downloaded the app, launch it to begin. You’ll go through 3 prompt screens giving you a quick run down of us. Once you get to the 3rd screen, click the orange “Let’s Go” button to activate your account.
Step 4: This is where we ask you to provide your Driver’s License. We’ll need you to take a photo of your driver’s license front & back. We’ll also need you to add in your driver’s license expiration date.
Step 5: Once you’ve added in your driver’s license information, you can select your preferred vehicle with your Tow Company and select your preferred map app like Apple or Google maps. Then hit the orange “Submit” button.
Step 6: Once you’ve completed your Curbside SOS account and app set up, you will be prompted to all Curbside to have access to your location so your dispatch can send you potential jobs based on your ETA. We recommend selecting “Always Allow”. Your location will only be pinged when a new job is available and when you’ve accepted a job.
Step 7: You will also be prompted about receiving notifications from the Curbside SOS app. You can allow this to receive notifications of jobs but you will also receive text notifications about jobs as well.
You are officially set up with the Curbside SOS app and can now receive potential jobs from your dispatch!
