You’ve sent out a tow order but you can’t seem to see where the tow operator is at within the “View Details” section of your job. This is generally the case when the tow operator has not yet marked “On my way” within the Curbside SOS app. Once the driver marks “On my way” you will see the job transition from “Notified” to giving you an ETA and you’ll be able to see their truck in the “View Details” section of the job.
